At Burstt Ventures, our goal is to provide you high quality product with an impeccable experience. As we deal in perishable products and possibility of damage during return shipping, we regrettably do not offer refunds or exchange of any kind. However, if you have received a wrong item against your order or received a damaged product, you may register your complaint with us within 48 hours of receiving shipment, with images of the product received by you on bursttventures@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction. Please note providing a wrong address in the form of a pincode, address or incorrect phone number will result in the order not being delivered, no refunds will be provided if incorrect information is provided at the time of checkout. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our best to address your concerns promptly and efficiently.
