Processing Orders – We pride ourselves on getting you your Order(s) as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, our team will dispatch it within 2 business days and order should be delivered within 15 days in India in normal situations. SHIPPING – Burstt Ventures works with best Third party courier organization for deliveries of online orders. Tracking information will be sent by the courier company, as soon as the shipping label is created after order purchase.
ORDER DELIVERY- The estimated delivery time may vary based on your location. Please refer to the shipping carrier & tracking information for specific details.
SHIPPING CHARGES - Currently, we are not charging any additional cost for shipping order within India, for delivery of up to 5 boxes. For bulk orders, there will be shipping charges based of size or weight of order, request you to please get in touch with our team for more details. PREPAID AND COD SHIPPING – Currently, we only accept prepaid orders for up to 5 boxes. For bulk orders, request you to please get in touch with our team for more details. ORDER PACKAGING – We take utmost care and attention to detail so that your order arrives in perfect condition. We use premium packaging materials to protect the quality of your order. ITEM NOT RECEIVED - If you have successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it has delivered. We will have to check this unfortunate situation with our courier partner & get proof of delivery, only once it is clearly established that the order hasn’t been delivered a refund or a replacement will be offered.
